We’re excited to share an important update about our May USDA distribution on May 20th, 2026! To better serve our community and make the experience more comfortable for everyone, we’re continuing our updated distribution process.
We will be using an appointment-style system. You do not need to schedule an appointment ahead of time. The process is similar to a deli-style system, where you will take a number and wait to be called. This helps ensure families do not have to wait outside in extreme weather and can receive their food more efficiently and respectfully.

⏰ Distribution times: 8:30 AM–11:30 AM and 1:00 PM–3:30 PM
How the appointment system works:
• Enter through the CSCDC Lobby area
• Take a number and have a seat in the waiting area
• RVRFB staff will call your number
• Your USDA barcode will be scanned and ID checked
• Food will be brought to the lobby for you to load
Our goal is to continue serving our neighbors with dignity, care, and compassion—while improving the overall experience for everyone involved.
