About Hattie Hamilton

Hattie Hamilton joined the Food Bank in June 2019 as our Operations Manager. Hattie has consistently demonstrated exceptional work and effort in her field and continues to do so today. The River Valley Regional Food Bank saw these qualities and, in January 2026, promoted Hattie to become our Director. Hattie’s experience includes 15 years in the purchasing realm, for both the oil field industry and the food service industry.

“I’m invested in trying to make a difference in our community by fighting hunger,” Hattie says. “The Food Bank plays an important role in the distribution of donated goods to the local pantries. Because we are able to hold more, we are able to distribute it more efficiently.”

Hattie continues to exercise her expertise in our field by pushing the River Valley Regional Food Bank to fight hunger across our 8 counties.

Hattie is a native of the River Valley and has two children.
