SUMMARY:National Association of Letter Carriers' Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive
DESCRIPTION:Each year\, letter carriers across the country head out on their routes on the second Saturday in May to collect donations of non-perishable food items to benefit local food pantries. Since launching in 1993\, the National Association of Letter Carriers’ annual Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive has grown into the nation’s largest one-day food drive\, helping to fill the shelves of food banks in cities and towns throughout the United States. \nThe River Valley Regional Food Bank is honored to partner with our local letter carriers each year to help feed our community.

DESCRIPTION:The next TEFAP/USDA Commodity Distribution will take place Tuesday\, May 21\, at 1617 South Zero Street in Fort Smith\, AR\, beginning at 7 a.m. \nDrive-thru distribution begins at 7 a.m. Walk-up clients will be accepted beginning at 8:45 a.m. \nTo receive food\, you must present your scannable barcode card to Food Bank staff to scan. You must be pre-registered to receive food at our location. No applications will be accepted tomorrow. \nA few other reminders for tomorrow: \n\nPlease enter the distribution line only through the front entrance of our property on Zero Street.\nDo not park or wait in adjacent parking lots such as KFC\, Sutherland’s\, Arvest\, Atwoods\, Braum’s\, etc.\nIf our lot is full\, please return when directed by staff.\n\nFor more details\, visit rvrfoodbank.org \nThe River Valley Regional Food Bank is an equal opportunity provider.
